- Personal Injury Economist – Calculates the loss of earnings capacity, employment benefits and personal household services
The Personal Injury Economist will be available beginning January 1, 2010
- Wrongful Death Economist – Calculates the loss of earnings capacity, employment benefits and personal household services to the extent that they would accrue to surviving family members in a wrongful death or survivorship action
The Wrongful Death Economist will be available beginning January 1, 2010
- Wrongful Termination Economist – Calculates the loss of earnings and employment benefits incurred as a result of wrongful termination and presents the before-tax equivalent of the after-tax losses
