EcoFin, Inc., has performed Economic and Financial consulting services since its establishment in 1985 and is headed by Dr. Keith Fairchild.
Dr. Fairchild received his Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and is an Associate Professor of Finance, the former chair of the Department of Finance, and current Director of the MBA program at the University of Texas at San Antonio. In addition to teaching, he has thirty years of experience as an economic and financial consultant and expert witness. Dr. Fairchild has facilitated over $100 million in private mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. He has also served as an expert witness in the valuation of corporate damages, personal injury, wrongful death, fraud, portfolio management, and a wide variety of other causes of action.
